Here is the question we ask: If we were hosting a family get together- would we be happy to offer these products to everyone without apologizing for their unique properties?
If we can’t answer yes to this question – then the recipe has not made the grade.

Creating this has been an exciting journey- one that we are still in the midst of. Research and development of ingredients, equipment, and techniques have been built into our very core. We have deconstructed and rebuilt several parts of the conventional baking and production methods.
Creating recipes and equipment that work with our distinctive developments has been crucial; learning how gluten-free baking and blending needs an innovative approach been the keystone to our success.
