Gluten Free Double Chocolaty Chip Cookie Mix
Why have single chocolate when you can have DOUBLE chocolate? Our gluten free Double Chocolate Chip cookie mix is the perfect cure for any sweet tooth!
INGREDIENTS:Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips (Organic Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter), White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Cocoa Powder, Tapioca Starch, Natural Flavour, Xanthan Gum, Baking Soda, Salt.
Mixing & Baking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Place 575g Double Chocolate Chip mix in mixing bowl.
- Add ½ cup margarine or butter, 1 egg and 2 Tbsp water.
- Mix until thoroughly combined
- Spoon by tablespoon onto greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 °F for 12-14 minutes.
- Transfer to wire racks to cool.
Makes approximately 18 Cookies.
