Gluten Free Chocolaty Chip Cookie Mix


Roll out the red carpet! A modern, gluten-free version of the crowd favourite is here. Our chocolate chip cookie mix is the perfect sweetness for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS:White Rice Flour, Sugars (Brown Sugar, Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips (Organic Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter)), Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavour, Salt.
Mixing & Baking Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  2. Place 400g Chocolaty Chip Cookie mix in mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in ½ cup melted margarine or butter and add 1 egg (beaten)
  4. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  5. Spoon by tablespoon onto greased baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 350˚F for 12-14 minutes.
  7. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
  8. Enjoy!

Makes approximately 15 Cookies.
