Gluten Free Brownie Mix

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Starch, Cocoa Powder, White Rice Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Baking Soda, Natural Flavour.
Mixing and Baking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 ˚F.
- Place 625g Comensoli Chocolaty Brownie Mix in large mixing bowl.
- Pour in ½ cup oil, ½ cup water and add 2 eggs (beaten)
- Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Place in greased 9” X 13” pan
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before removing from pan.
